For Meeting Planners handling large group arrival and departures our system allows us to take your arrival and departure spreadsheets and download them into our computer program with vehicle assignments and details included.  This eliminates any chance for keying errors and allows us to schedule transportation for even very large groups in less than one hour.  Completely accurate and comprehensive.  We can also generate personalized departure notice for your guests.

Confirmations of individual and group reservations are provided as standard procedure of L.J. Transportation, Inc.  This assures that nothing is missed and everything is to each client’s standards.  For Meeting Planners with large groups we have procedures in place to handle all of the changes that often occur.  Confirmations are sent for each change and during your program.  We email a summary of the next day’s service each afternoon.

Through years of experience, we have found that communication is the key to providing flawless transportation.  From the questions that need to be asked when we are taking your reservation and during the initial planning phase for groups to our ability to contact our chauffeurs on a moment’s notice.  Each vehicle is equipped with cellular phone and Nextel unit.  This allows us to get hold of our chauffeurs on a moment’s notice to determine their status, inform them of any changes, or convey information to clients.

Our dispatchers monitor all flight information via our satellite tracking system.  This system provides us with real time updates and enables us to be there on time, even if a flight arrives early.
